Great Service! Service was helpful and friendly and did not make me feel dumb for not knowing best options for my car. Mel was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and gave great advice. Very happy!

The gentleman that assisted me and installed the light in my car was so helpful. As was the female on the checkout desk that morning. It was the morning of Saturday 27th January, I'm so sorry I didnt get their names. They were so genuinely friendly and the gentleman in particular was so helpful. Please pass on my appreciation :)

“Last Minute Gift Shopping” Supercheap Robina, conveniently located with easy access. Store was tidy and organised, able to navigate my way and found an absolute bargain buy! Staff were friendly and happy to help where needed.

Shout out to the young bloke Sam who fitted a new headlight lamp for me today (the old one had been jammed in by the dealership and I couldn't move it). Excellent customer service and great care taken in his job. Many thanks to all the team at SuperCheap Robina QLD.

went in looking for a sunshade for my car, they very kindly gave me some spares in a few sizes to take to my car in the parking lot and try out before buying. great service, shout out Mackalya for being very helpful

Good service, like every other supercheapauto, can’t go wrong, has better sales sometimes then competitors, vice versa, depends on what you need, keep up to date for their weekly sales, usually rotates similar items so if you missed out, good chance you’ll find it again in a few weeks. Attached images of carpark, surrounding area and parts.

Can't complain about the customer service as there wasnt any!!! Its hard to belive i went into the store today wondering around looking for some specific products on the website. I came to spend money. I walked so close to some staff and there were a few and not one staff member ackknowledhed me or offered service. Nothing, not even when I waked out near the till. Pretty poor. Lucky the opposition at Burleigh couldn't of done any more to assist me and every staff member that was close acknowledged me. They got my money and continued patronage.
